Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. During peak periods, such as holidays or major releases, processing times may be extended.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Letter Mail Shipping (Canada Only)

For small, flat, and lightweight items (such as trading card singles), we offer untracked letter mail shipping within Canada (and certain countries / does not include USA) as a cost-effective option.

Important Notes:

Letter mail is not tracked or insured.

Delivery typically takes 2–10 business days within Canada. 2 - 6 weeks internationally

Shapeshifting is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once the item is handed to Canada Post under this method.
